Periodicals
The collection of periodicals is formed in accordance with the university specialities and the information needs of users. The Library and Information Centre subscribes to printed and electronic periodicals. Most of the journals are included in the list of peer-reviewed scientific publications of the Higher Attestation Commission.
The data on the journals and newspapers included in the collection are reflected in the electronic catalogue.
Printed issues of periodicals are available in the sectoral reading rooms.
Access to electronic journals is organised on the eLIBRARY.RU platform. A prerequisite for access to the full text of publications is user registration in the Scientific Electronic Library.
Academic staff and employees of Surgut State University, registered in the Science Index system as authors, have access to the full texts of subscription periodicals remotely using their login and password from any computer connected to the Internet.
