The methodological association of libraries of higher educational institutions of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra was established in 2000 (Order of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation No. 1247 of 27.04.2000).
Currently the association includes 5 libraries of higher educational institutions of the Okrug.
