How to register

Registration in the library, issuance of library cards is carried out in the registration desk in accordance with the Rules of Use of the Library and Information Centre of Surgut State University on the basis of:

• student ID card – for students of all forms of education;
• postgraduate ID card – for postgraduates;
• enrollment order – for master's students, medical residents;
• the list of Surgut State University employees – for scientific and pedagogical workers and employees of the University;
• passport or other identity document of a citizen, as well as consent to the processing of user personal data or his/her legal representative (for minors) – for individuals over 14 years old who are not students or employees of Surgut State University.

The cost of the service for individuals who are not Surgut State University students and employees is determined by the Price List for additional (paid) services.

A library card gives the right to receive the following services.

It is forbidden to transfer the library card to another person, as well as to use another person's library card.

In case of leaving the library, you must hand in all the books you have and sign a bypass list at the registration desk.
