CyberLeninka – Scientific Electronic Library
“CyberLeninka” is a scientific electronic library, the main objectives of which are popularisation of science and scientific activity, public quality control of scientific publications, development of the modern institute of scientific review and increasing the citation rate of Russian science. CyberLeninka supports the dissemination of knowledge according to the Open Access model, providing open onaline access to scientific publications in electronic form, which, depending on agreements with the copyright holder, are uploaded in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY) licence. To search for texts, CyberLeninka offers a catalogue of scientific articles based on the State Rubricator of Scientific and Technical Information, as well as a full-text scientific search system that supports Russian morphology. Since June 2013 “CyberLeninka” is fully indexed in the scientific search system Google Scholar. Library users have the opportunity to read scientific works from the screen of a tablet, mobile phone and other modern mobile devices.
