Performs:

promoting information about the Library and Information Centre, its resources and services through print and electronic media, social networks and other communication channels;
organisation and conducting of socio-cultural events, participation in city and university events and projects;
organising and conducting excursions to the Library and Information Centre and the Museum of the Book;
methodical support of the LIC specialists and methodical association of libraries of higher educational institutions of the region in accordance with the tasks and modern requirements to library activity.
